The job of Girl Scout Cookie Mom isn't one I would ever characterize as "fun", "enjoyable", or "full of laughs". Better descriptions would be "time sink", "mind-numbing", or "pit of despair". I took this video tonight, then watched it and realized how totally pathetic my life as a Cookie Mom is. Check out the way I laugh at about 0:41. This is about as exciting as life gets during cookie season.
That's crazy! What did they say? Does that happen very often? Did they replace without hassle?

I know! Crazy, isn't it? They have a system for dealing with damaged boxes, so it wasn't a big deal to get it replaced. I don't think it happens often at all, but it has happened to at least two troops in our area with Thin Mints this year. In the 4 years I've been cookie mom (about 6000 boxes going through my hands each year), I've never seen this before.
