Outside my window... it is a little grey and gloomy. I think a cold front is on the way.
I am thinking... about heading to bed. Today was a long day.
I am thankful for... Addie's tubes surgery going well this morning. She threw up a couple times coming out of anesthesia, but we were expecting that and came prepared with old towels for the car.
From the kitchen... peanut butter and cranberry sauce sandwiches... my favorite post-Thanksgiving meal!
I am creating... mailing labels... gotta get my Christmas cards in the mail!
I am going... to finish getting the girls signed up for December track-out camps. They track out of school this Friday for the whole month!
I am reading... People magazine.
I am hoping... that this will be Addie's last set of tubes. This was tubes surgery number 7 for us. I really think the doctor should give out one of those frequent customer cards for "buy 8 surgeries, get the ninth for free". We would be well on our way to a free surgery.
I am hearing... the TV show "Spooks" that J.C. is watching.
Around the house... Magnatiles. Addie was busy building houses this afternoon.
One of my favorite things... cranberry sauce.
A few plans for the rest of the week.... busy week - movie night with friends, book club, Elise's classroom holiday party, Girl Scout cookie mom training, a parade, and the jump rope team holiday party.
Here is a picture thought I am sharing... Addie in pre-op this morning with her goofy Versed-induced grin.
